1) What is the delivery timeline of my order?
The general delivery timeline is 5 to 7 business days (metro cities) and 10 to 15 business days (non-metro cities) depending on the delivery address pin code.
2) What are the payment option that I avail of while placing an order?
Currently the following payment options are enabled.
Credit Cards (Visa / Master)
Net Banking across Banks
Debit Cards (Visa / Master)
3) Is there a charges for delivery?
No there is no charge for delivery currently. Delivery is free for all orders across the country.
4) What if I'm not at home to receive my order?
We use 3rd party courier companies for deliveries. Most courier companies generally attempt 3 times to deliver the products. They also leave a note for a call back in case the door is unanswered. Please contact the courier company at the earliest and give them a delivery time that will suit your schedule.
5) What is your exhange policy?
Once products are delivered to you as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible. In case there is a manufacturing defect, then the product can be exchanged. In case of a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info.mis@larambla.co.in.
6) Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 Hours of placing the order. To cancel your order please send us an email on info.mis@larambla.co.in or call us on 09372801302 with your name, order number, order date and your mobile number. Our team will confirm the cancellation and share tracking number detail.
Orders cannot be cancelled post 24 hours of order placement.
7) When and how will I get my refund in case of my cacellation or return?
Refunds are credited back to the same instrument which was debited. The process generally takes 7-10 working days depending on the bank and the gateway.
Horraluxury does not have influence on the time lines except processing the refund. The refund will be credited back between 7-10 working days after the processing or until your next billing cycle in case it’s a credit card.
You will receive email intimation from Horra about the processing of refund. You will need to then contact your bank or credit card issuer for refund status.
8) What if products ordered by me are out of stock?
All products shown on the web store are products in stock. In an exceptional case where the product ordered by you is out of stock, the same will be communicated to you within 72 hours and a refund will be processed immediately in case you wish to cancel the order.
9) How do I track my order once it is placed?
Step 1: You will receive an order confirmation on Email and SMS on the registered email address and Phone Number.
Step 2: As soon as the order is shipped you will receive another email and SMS on your registered number with the tracking details.
10) Can I exchange my order once it has been placed?
We accept changes in the order once they are placed. However If changes are communicated within 4 hours, we might be able to make the change in the order or the address of delivery.
11) I want to place a bulk order or need some specific products, whom do I contact?

12) Which credit / Debit does Horraluxury support?
Payments are accepted through certified third party payment gateways. Currently all Visa and Master Credit cards will be accepted.

14) Do I need to create a account to place an order?
You will need to register on the site to place an order.
