Returns & Cancellations
We at Horra follow a 15 Day return policy for non-discounted and discounted products shopped from our website – Horraluxury.com. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Horraluxury.com If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 15 Day after purchase if the following conditions are met:
1) All Horra items should be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging and original sales receipt.
2) Any items that have been altered or repaired by an external repair service will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 9372801302. Please ensure that the product is returned with its original packing, box (if any),bill, warranty card (not filled out) and any other material that came along with the product. The returned product must be in unused condition as we cannot issue refunds for products that show signs of use. If these steps are taken, the original purchase amount will be credited to your account.
All the Orders are quality checked before the dispatch. In case you receive any defective product, please let us know at email@example.com. We will arrange for the reverse pick up. Once we receive the defective article, we will try to send the correct article if it is in stock or initiate the refund.
Note: All acceptable returns are refunded once the Products arrive in our warehouse after having been checked. If the return is due to the case of defects, there is a complete refund that is credited back to your account.
To Cancel an Order: You may cancel your order within 24 hours, by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
