Size or Appearance Concerns: If you encounter issues with the size or appearance of the bag and wish to exchange it for another item, we are happy to accommodate exchanges. However, please note that the customer will be responsible for bearing the shipping charges for the exchange. A flat fee of Rs. 150 will be applied to cover the shipping costs associated with the exchange process.
Clearance Sale Items: Please note that products purchased during clearance sales are sold as-is, and therefore, we do not accept returns for items purchased in clearance sales.
