Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, we will gladly accept returns for a refund or exchange. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Returns for defective products will be processed at no additional cost to you.

Size or Appearance Concerns: If you encounter issues with the size or appearance of the bag and wish to exchange it for another item, we are happy to accommodate exchanges. However, please note that the customer will be responsible for bearing the shipping charges for the exchange. A flat fee of Rs. 150 will be applied to cover the shipping costs associated with the exchange process.
Clearance Sale Items: Please note that products purchased during clearance sales are sold as-is, and therefore, we do not accept returns for items purchased in clearance sales. However, if a clearance sale item is found to be defective, we will gladly exchange it for a replacement. Please contact our customer service team for further assistance in such cases.
Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned product at our warehouse, we will promptly initiate the refund process. Please note that it may take 5-6 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account.
